These Terms and Conditions apply to every website sale between NZLavender and its customers. There will be no variation to these terms and conditions unless explicitly stated in writing by NZLavender.
Our legal business name is NZLavender Limited., trading as "New Zealand King Lavender Ltd". "NZLavender" will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.
Avoid eyes and genitalias. * If skin irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use, and wash with cold water, and if condition persists seek medical attention. Discuss use with a health care practitioner before use during pregnancy or while nursing. Keep out of reach of children.

NZLavender Ltd uses NZPost and Fastway Couriers to deliver our website orders in New Zealand. All shipments are tracked.

International delivery address:
NZLavender Ltd uses NZPost International Courier (Tracked & insured).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please be aware we are a small owner run business. Orders are processed as quickly as possible but do not take priority over seasonal events that could potentially affect lavender oil production or quality e.g. frost-proofing during the spring and harvesting in January.
The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of full payment and should reach our New Zealand customers within 1-4 business days from dispatch.

While we endeavour to supply correct information on this website at all times, mistakes, errors or omissions may occur. NZLavender takes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use or application of information contained on this site.
Prices shown on the NZLavender website are listed in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time for any reason. Any variation to an order (once accepted) will result in price adjusting to reflect the variation. Prices subject to change, without notice.
NZLavender will accept full payment only for any online order made within New Zealand. Payment can be made through a direct bank transfer with on-line banking or through PayPal with a Visa or Master-card.
Product Range and Availability:
All efforts will be made to fulfill any order placed with NZLavender; however, we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.
Goods are warranted from defective workmanship and material provided that the goods are unmodified in anyway and are used for the purpose intended by the manufacturer. The warranty covers replacement or repair of the product itself provided that NZLavender is satisfied that the defects were defects in manufacture or in transit. Warranties will not be extended beyond that of the manufacturer's warranty period or conditions. The warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any defective goods with the procedure set out in these terms and conditions, provided that NZLavender is satisfied that the defects were defects in manufacture or in transit.
Because we pride ourselves on the speed of our delivery and do our utmost to despatch your order as soon as we possibly can, it is not possible to cancel or alter your order once it has been confirmed. However, once you have received your goods, we are happy to exchange them for you if you have changed your mind. For the purposes of such exchanges:
The goods being exchanged must be returned to NZLavender in the original, unopened condition. Goods you get as a replacement must be of the same or lower value than the original purchase. You must meet all postage costs for both the return of your original purchase as well as the despatch of the replacement goods. Any returned goods will incur a 20% handling / restocking fee, this covers any additional administrative expenses, repackaging expenses and postage expenses (please note standard postage and packaging expenses incurred by NZLavender are often in excess of those charged to the customer).
Customers have the right to return any goods deemed faulty or damaged in transit for a replacement. The following conditions apply to goods returned in these circumstances:
Where goods are being returned due to a fault or damage, they must be in original condition. Where return is due to a fault, the customer must contact NZLavender within 7 days of receiving the product. Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery and must be rejected - a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible. NZLavender will cover the postage costs involved for the return and replacement of any faulty or defective goods.
Personal Information: through conducting its normal business, NZLavender may collect customer information including purchase history, contact and delivery details. This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Customers who do not wish to have any personal information collected and used for any purpose other than that required to complete the transaction will need to express this in writing at the time of purchase.
Access to Personal Information: personal information relating to the customer is available under the Privacy Act 1993, and the customer may request changes to the information held.
